What is warranty & what is the process?

 

Warranty:

We have 1 year warranty with all of our hardware products as long as there is no physical damage.

Process:

  • Send us an email with your issue and the tech team will assist, follow the steps given by the tech team. (email address: tdotmediaiptv@gmail.com)

  • If there is hardware issue, you must ship the unit to us. ( shipping fee paid by the customer) 

  • We will fix/replace the hardware and ship it back to our customer ( shipping paid by us )

What is your return policy?

  • We do not sell used products to our customers, therefore we do not access any returns on our hardware nor exchange. â€‹

  • Once you have made an order and you have changed your mind, we will refund your full amount. However, if the account has been activated, there will be no refund provided. 

  • We provide free trials. So, we highly suggest testing our service firstly before purchasing.

What are the payment options?

 

We accept the following:

  • ​​E-Transfer (Should be auto deposited, no security question applied.)

  • Credit/Visa/Master card Via Wave payment

Is there a physical location ?

 

Our business is fully online based, no physical store available. Our business is located in Toronto. If you have any questions or concerns please knock us via live chat or email us.

Can I use my own device to run your service?

 

Sure, you can use your own device/s. But you must. In that case, you must have an idea about your device and have the basic knowledge to configure it for the IPTV connection. We provide free trials. So, we highly suggest testing our service firstly before purchasing. Our team will help you out by providing the instruction to configure your device for the connection via email.

How it works with IPTV Smarters Pro

After downloading and installing the IPTV Smarters Pro app, open it and select "Login with xtream codes API"

 

Login Instructions:

Any Name: Use Alphabetic any name

Username: Enter the username we send you

Password: Enter the password we sent you

http://url_here.com:port: Enter the URL we sent you

Click ADD USER and you are now ready to start watching.

If you get an "Invalid Details" error after clicking ADD USER, look closely at the username and the URL fields and make sure that the information entered is correct. For some reason Smarters sometimes has a bad habit of inserting spaces between characters all on its own, especially after dots ( . )

Why is it freezing & buffering?

 

You may face lagging or freezing issues for the following reason...

  • Server issue: If there is no server issue, the reason is probably for the following one of the imperfections.

  • Reasons from users' end...

  1. The most important need of the IPTV service is the internet speed. IPTV needs a minimum of 30 mbps for smooth streaming. Yes, a client has more than 30mbps internet connection at his/her home. But how much actually is the device/TV box getting? Please open the browser from your TV box (Not from any other device), go to www.fast.com, take a speed test and see how much internet speed your box is getting.

  2. App stability. We recommend using the STB Emulator Pro or the IPTV Smarters Pro app for the best experience.

  • Device/Tv box specifications. Each IPTV server has thousands of channels, and different picture qualities eg. 4k/FHD/UHD/HD, and also every month server providers are adding more and more new channels. We recommend using a device/TV box that has enough RAM and processing power. (Firestick/Chromecast/old Mag box/old devices struggle to process and load, and face lagging or freezing issues.)

After I order my package, what happens next?

 

  • After placing an order and making the payment, our team will assist you through email. Please don't forget to check your email's inbox/spam folder. 

  • It takes 15-20 minutes to complete the activation process. However please allow us up a few hours, sometimes we get overloaded with server support, customers and orders.
